Clients are required to secure booking with a $50 deposit. This will be deducted from the total amount on the day.

No shows will be charged with half the appointment price. They will be banned from booking any further appointments.

Clients will be charged with $15 late fee if more than 15 minutes late to the appointment.

Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or the $50 deposit will not be used for the rescheduled appointment or any future appointments.

Please do not schedule an appointment within 24 hours of designated time, prior to messaging and checking first.

Please come to your appointment with bare nails (no nail polish, gels or other acrylic) unless booked for a removal.

I do not fill other tech's work.

$15 surcharge for Sunday appointments.

For pedicure services, please come to your appointment with clean feet and open shoes.
